In this hands-on role, youll create custom safety netting solutions for sale and exhibition, using a variety of techniques across multiple departments, including cutting, sewing, finishing, cargo, personnel safety nets (psn/rsn), rolled goods, webnets, netform, and quality control/packaging./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPerform tasks of a physical and repetitive nature, including but not limited to standing, sitting, pulling, lifting, and kneeling./liliAccurately measure and cut nets and rope for custom safety netting solutions./liliStandard sewing on multiple machines./liliRope work: measure, weave, splice, hog ring, lash, hang, join./liliAbility and comfort working with pneumatic tools./liliAble to properly lift a minimum of 50 pounds./liliBe flexible and prepared to have work reassigned in all departments./liliFollow all company rules, regulations, and safety requirements; arrive on time and give your best effort./liliAdhere to company principles and best practices./li/ulpWorking hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM/ppSkills:/pulliFamiliarity with safety netting production processes./liliKnowledge of quality control and packaging procedures./liliExperience following company principles or codes of conduct (e.g., C.R.E.A.T.E.S. principles)./liliPrior experience in a multi-department or multi-division production environment./li/ulpEducation: High School/ppExperience: 1-4 years/ppQualifications:/pulliMinimum high school diploma./liliGood organizational skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliValid drivers license./liliAbility to perform physical and repetitive tasks, including standing, sitting, pulling, lifting, and kneeling./liliAbility to accurately measure and cut nets and rope for custom safety netting solutions./liliExperience with standard sewing on multiple machines./liliRope work skills: measure, weave, splice, hog ring, lash, hang, join./liliComfort and ability to work with pneumatic tools./liliAbility to properly lift a minimum of 50 pounds./liliFlexibility to have work reassigned across all departments./liliAdherence to company rules, regulations, and safety requirements, including punctuality and full effort at work./li/ul/div
