licensing: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas bar license (in good standing)/liliExperience: 3-5 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience, including case evaluation, client management, and negotiations/liliLeadership: proven ability to mentor associate attorneys and lead case strategies/liliClient-centered approach: ability to maintain effective client communication and deliver high-quality legal representation/li/ulpKey responsibilities:/pulliSupervise associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case work from intake to resolution/liliPartner with the Director of Pre-Litigation to guide case strategy, compliance, and department goals/liliParticipate in case review meetings and help drive performance across the team/liliOversee investigations, medical management, and demand preparation/liliProvide negotiation support and handle select settlement offers/liliConduct client consultations (PNC interviews/sign-ups) and ensure quality client communication/liliCollaborate with the Director of Litigation for case vetting and litigation transfers/liliSupport compliance with statutes of limitations and internal legal standards/liliContribute to cross-departmental processes and reinforce firm core values/li/ul/div
