We are actively hiring for direct hire opportunities on the 1st and 2nd shift, including Saddle Stitcher, Folder Operator, and Cutter Operator, at their state-of-the-art facility in Beaver Dam, WI. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates./ppRole Highlights:/pulliDirect Hire/liliPay rate: $20-$28/hr/liliSchedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts/liliLocation: Beaver Dam, WI/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliSet up, operate, and stitch, folder and cutter print machines based on job specifications and layout sheets./liliInterpret and follow job tickets, color standards, and artwork to ensure accurate production./liliMonitor and adjust ink/water balance, web tension, color register, and folding equipment (Stahl, MBO, Baum)./liliPerform quality checks throughout production, including proofs, trims, and final folded/stapled output./liliConduct machine make-readies, routine maintenance, wash-ups, and assist with restarts and downtime./liliFollow all safety, OSHA, and EPA guidelines while supporting overall pressroom efficiency and quality./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)/lili1 - 3+ years previous press experience/liliPrint experience is a plus/liliPrevious experience operating a Mueller and Martini, Heidelberg, Osako saddle stitcher is a plus/liliFull comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos/li/ulpPlease apply to the Print Finishing Operator for immediate consideration!/pp#SPH1001/ppSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
