The connection we have to the source of our fresh foods is core to the way we do business, becoming the first major supermarket in the United States to document that all its seafood products were sustainably harvested./ph3Duties And Responsibilities/h3p Comply with all company policies, procedures, and government regulations./pp Meet or exceed all applicable Management Planning guidelines once training is complete./pp Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect./pp Develop product knowledge in all areas of the meat department including cooking procedures./pp Make price changes and maintain correct price books and scales as directed./pp Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervisor./pp Assist in training of other associates when assigned after identified as Level 2 trainer./pp Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times; comply with company personal appearance policy./pp Maintain solid communication in the department and throughout the organization./pp Support company safety standards. Communicate any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work needed.
