guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club/ppCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures/ppFacilitate any messages on club software at member check-in/ppAnswer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner/ppCommunicate special events to members and guests/ppMaintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome/ppFacilitate all member requests or forward to a manager/ppMaintain professional disposition at all times/ppSell retail products/ppSchedule member services: tanning, etc/ppFacilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures/ppKnow club facility, services, and schedules/ppMaintain a clean and organized work area/ppAssist in all projects as delegated by club management/ppFollow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook/ppOpening and closing duties/ph3Meetings:/h3pMonthly or weekly department meetings Employee training meetings/ppCompensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour/p/div
