parents/ppWatch and care for children to ensure safety/ppProvide consistent interaction with children Initiate games, arts

crafts projects/ppBottle-feed babies or assistant in eating needs of older children in accordance with parental direction/ppKeep children calm/ppClean and sanitize child care toys/ppKeep working area free of sharp or harmful objects/ppAnswer childcare phone/ppCommunicate information regarding children to parents/guardians/ppProvide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc./ppKnow, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards/ppFacilitate member requests or forward to a manager/ppKnow club facility and services/ppAssist in all projects as delegated by club management/ppAbove position may report to the Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager where applicable/ppFollow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook/ppAbove description may be subject to change or alteration at any time/ph2Meetings/h2pAnnual Staff Meetings/ppMonthly Department Meetings/ppEmployee Training Meetings/ph2Physical Requirements/h2pAble to lift 10 lbs on occasion/ppNeeds to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency/ppAble to climb and hang decorations when needed/p/div
