Your responsibility is to help them clearly understand their options, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident in the decisions they make for themselves and their families./ppDay-to-day responsibilities include:/pulliManaging inbound and outbound communications with union members who have expressed interest in benefit information/liliScheduling and leading virtual consultations to review available programs/liliProviding accurate explanations of benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment details/liliCompleting and verifying applications, forms, and supporting documentation/liliMaintaining organized digital records while ensuring accuracy and compliance/liliEngaging in continuous training, mentorship, and personal development programs/liliCollaborating with team members and leadership to uphold consistent service standards/li/ulpThis is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
