Were backed by a culture of innovations and entrepreneurship, and were looking for exceptional talent to join us./ppThe Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchises profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste./ph3Primary Roles and Responsibilities:/h3p65% Printing and Production (including measuring, finishing and some installations) 15% Graphic Design 10% Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance 10% Miscellaneous (i.e., studio upkeep and deliveries)/ph3Core Functions:/h3ulliLead the printing and production of client orders/liliInspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print-ready/liliOperate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters/liliConduct inventory and procurement/li/ulh3Secondary Functions:/h3ulliGraphic design services (unless outsourced)/liliSmaller graphic installations/liliUnloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio/liliVehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys/liliPacking, labeling and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries/liliUtilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes/li/ulh3Other Required Skills:/h3ulliStrong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills/liliTeam player who can accept constructive criticism/liliFocus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)/liliSuperior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines/liliCustomer-service oriented (this is the lifeblood of SpeedPro Imaging)/liliExcellent communication skills, both internally and with customers/liliAble to lift up to 50 lbs./li/ulpIdeal candidates will also possess: 2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing Associates or Bachelors Degree in graphic design (or similar program)/ph3Compensation and Benefits:/h3p$18-25/hr (based on experience) + overtime pay when required Studio profit-sharing plan and annual bonus potential Healthcare benefits and company-paid monthly Netflix subscription Additional training/development opportunities/ppSpeedPro Imaging is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
