The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft skills to facilitate and execute ACC exercises./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide analysis expertise to facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc intelligence training and readiness events./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to build realistic exercise scenarios for ACC exercises./liliDevelop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform exercise planning and execution./liliMaintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions./liliProvide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills./liliEnsure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines./li/ulpQualifications:/pullistrongRequired Experience:/strong At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years./lilistrongRequired Education:/strong Bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associates degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelors degree./lilistrongTechnical Expertise:/strong/liulliProficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion./liliFamiliarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations./liliExperience planning or providing technical support to Large Force Employment exercises/li/ullistrongSkills:/strong/liulliExceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment./li/ullistrongSecurity Clearance:/strong Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience at Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization./liliCompletion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification./liliExperience scripting intelligence products to facilitate Large Force Exercises. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
