parents/liliWatch and care for children to ensure safety/liliProvide consistent interaction with children Initiate games, arts
crafts projects/liliBottle-feed babies or assistant in eating needs of older children in accordance with parental direction/liliKeep children calm/liliClean and sanitize child care toys/liliKeep working area free of sharp or harmful objects Answer childcare phone/liliCommunicate information regarding children to parents/guardians Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc./liliKnow, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager/liliKnow club facility and services/liliAssist in all projects as delegated by club management/liliAbove position may report to the Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager where applicable/liliFollow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook/liliAbove description may be subject to change or alteration at any time/li/ulh2Meetings:/h2ulliAnnual Staff Meetings/liliMonthly Department Meetings/liliEmployee Training Meetings/li/ulh2Physical Requirements:/h2ulliAble to lift 10 lbs on occasion/liliNeeds to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency/liliAble to climb and hang decorations when needed/li/ul/div
