The Sales Assistant is also responsible for performing all clerical functions required by department personnel as needed./pulliPerforms all clerical functions for the Sales Department/liliMaintains awareness of the most current traffic policies, practices and procedures/liliEnters order, traffic and accounting data using computers, ledgers, orders and other resources/liliCorresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems/liliPrepares forms and reports/liliMonitors inventory/liliMaintains files and other business records/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements
Skills:/pulliHigh School diploma/liliFluency in English/liliExcellent communication skills, both oral and written/liliMinimum one years experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the sales or media fields/liliProficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment/li/ul/div
