As a Relationship Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to help them achieve their financial goals. You will provide personalized banking solutions, process transactions, identify opportunities to match clients with products and services, and ensure an exceptional customer experience./ppResponsibilities:/pulliServe as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service./liliAccurately and efficiently process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments./liliBuild and strengthen client relationships by actively understanding their needs to identify suitable banking, credit, and investment options./liliEducate clients on bank products and services, including opening new accounts./liliPartner with colleagues across different departments (e.g., Ag Services, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors) to deepen client relationships and meet their financial needs./liliEngage in community organizations and special events./liliMaintain a working knowledge of bank regulations and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act and others./li/ulpWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ppSkills:/pulliPrevious experience in the banking industry./liliOutgoing and enthusiastic personality./liliExperience in a customer-facing role where you built and maintained client relationships./li/ulpEducation:/ppHigh School/ppExperience: 1-4 years/ppQualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliExperience with Windows-based programs./liliHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail./liliAbility to multitask and handle money comfortably./liliStrong listening and problem-solving skills./liliHigh degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality./liliWillingness to be cross-trained./li/ulpSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
