divh2Executive Engagement Facilitator/h2pPeraton is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to coordinate and manage executive engagement activities in support of a cabinet-level government customer. The Executive Engagement Facilitator operates within a high-visibility executive secretariat environment, overseeing the full lifecycle of senior-level engagements and events, from invitation through execution. Reporting to program leadership, the Facilitator manages the intake, tracking, coordination, and completion of executive engagements, meetings, and travel. This includes ensuring timely preparation of briefing materials, managing communication among internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accuracy and accountability across all engagement activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment supporting senior government officials. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting cabinet-level or senior executive leaders, familiarity with interagency coordination, and a demonstrated commitment to professionalism and precision in all aspects of delivery./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliReview and assess incoming requests for executive-level external engagements, preparing weekly engagement packages for leadership review and decision./liliCoordinate with customer stakeholders to gather context and requirements necessary for the successful execution of each engagement./liliSupport executive secretariat staff in developing comprehensive briefing materials and engagement books for proposed and approved travel and events./liliPartner with protocol staff to ensure seamless day-of execution for visits, including coordination with security personnel and other support elements./liliAssist government and subject matter experts in planning, preparing, and executing executive foreign travel./liliCollaborate with the executive secretariat government lead to develop and refine event concepts into polished, well-executed engagements appropriate for cabinet-level principals./liliDeliver all work products and event support with accuracy and professionalism, free of planning or logistical errors./liliPerform additional administrative or protocol-related duties as directed by government staff./li/ulpQualifications:/ppBasic Qualifications:/pulliActive TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance./liliBS+18 years, Masters +10 years, or 24+ with no degree/liliBachelors degree in National Security, Foreign Affairs, Public Administration, or a related field./lili10+ years of experience providing direct support to executive-level leadership./liliIn-depth knowledge of the U.S. Intelligence Community and federal government operations./liliExceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail./liliExcellent time management and organizational skills with ability to balance multiple high-priority tasks./liliStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform confidently and professionally with grace under pressure with minimal supervision./liliDemonstrated experience developing briefing or trip books for senior executives or cabinet-level officials./liliFamiliarity with cable writing, classified databases, and executive communication./li/ululliExperience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices./liliFamiliarity with Agency communication and travel coordination systems./liliProven ability to identify and protect sensitive information while engaging with diverse stakeholders./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel./liliWillingness to undergo additional vetting and sign a non-disclosure agreement./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting senior executive or senior civilian service personnel (e.g., SNIS, DISES, SES)./liliPrior experience working in an executive secretariat or protocol environment./li/ulpPeraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan./ppTarget Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
