Nest DC is on the lookout for a Part-Time Property Walkthrough Specialist to join our field team this season. We need sharp eyes, high standards, and a good set of wheels./ppIn this role, youll visit properties of all shapes and sizesstudio apartments, sprawling single-family homes, and everything in between. Youll conduct thorough property walkthroughs using strongChatGPT as your assistant/strong, follow specific guidance from our team, take quality photos on your own smartphone (well offer a small stipend for that), and help us document whats needed to get these properties up to strongNest DC-level standards/strong: clean, fresh, safe, move-in ready, and welcoming./ppWell train you, but were especially excited about candidates with a background in the trades, construction, property management, or facilitiessomeone who understands what needs fixing and what needs finessing.
