This role will work cross-functionally with internal/external properties, vendors, clients, and agencies, to bring brand activations to life for consumers across various national and local sports sponsorships./ppResponsibilities:/pulliDeliver best-in-class, business-driving experiential opportunities, ideas, and activation for brand clients./liliContributes to the department by keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest developments in the Experiential Marketing space by identifying and implementing new, cutting-edge technologies./liliLead CAAs efforts in developing and maintaining relationships with world-class vendors, fabricators
technology partners./liliParticipate in and contribute to project planning/development meetings and internal/external status meetings./liliWork with internal cross-functional teams from brief, through pre-production, and onsite execution to ensure the highest quality and smoothest operation of the overall activation./liliHelp identify and vet third-party vendors (per event scope/type), request and negotiate bids, select, hire, and manage vendors
vendor contracts, payments, and deliverables; monitor and evaluate vendor performance./liliCollaborate with the internal Account Team to deliver breakthrough activation ideas that deliver against client objectives and meet sponsorship guidelines and regulations for execution./liliSupports all Event Production needs to ensure world-class execution (i.e., premiums, fabrication, event staffing, print signage, etc.)./liliCollaborates on project-based brand client experiential initiatives from start to finish (briefing to execution)./liliWork with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent
comprehensive cross-functional communication./liliDevelop creative briefs for experiential activations, lead briefing and review process with internal teams, and facilitate creative approval process (i.e., renderings, signage, POS, etc.)./liliDevelop
manage timelines, run of show, budgets
reconciliation for experiential activations./liliManage on-site event logistics from planning through execution./liliEstablish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams./liliUtilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently to ensure all agency protocols are being followed, including vendor agreements, accounting processes, recaps, etc./liliDemonstrate the highest level of critical thinking with focus on proactiveness and attention to detail./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBachelors Degree plus 3-5 years of experience in sports
entertainment experiential and/or event marketing./liliUnderstanding of how brand sponsorships work in sports
entertainment, from negotiation through execution, management, and event production./liliRelationship-building skills./liliCreative and strategic thinker./liliStrong writing and presentation skills./liliProficient in Excel
PowerPoint./liliWillingness to work early mornings or late nights to accommodate weekends and holidays (if applicable)./liliMust be able to lift heavy boxes and items up to 30 lbs./liliAbility to work in the NYC office; minimum of 3 days per week./li/ulpLocation:/ppThe Brand Consulting department offers a flexible work schedule and requires a minimum of three days per week on-site at our New York City office./ppCompensation:/ppThe annual base salary for this position is in the range of $91,000 - $109,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
