your effort directly impacts the lives you touch./ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3olliHost virtual or phone meetings with members who have shown interest in available programs./liliBuild trust through active listening and empathy./liliExplain benefits clearly and guide families to the right choices./liliKeep accurate records and stay organized with digital tools./liliWork collaboratively to meet goals and deliver exceptional service./liliParticipate in training and mentorship to continuously grow your skills./liliContribute ideas that improve team efficiency and member satisfaction./li/olh3What You Bring/h3ulliAuthorization to work in the U.S. or Canada./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus)./liliProficiency with Zoom, email, and online communication tools./liliExcellent people and communication skills./liliSelf-driven and organized, with the ability to work independently./liliExperience in sales, customer service, or client support is helpful but not required
