Youll help them navigate their options, explain details clearly, and make sure each member receives the information they need with confidence and understanding./ppDaily responsibilities include:/pulliManaging inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested program information/liliScheduling and leading virtual meetings to review available options/liliProviding clear explanations about benefit programs and eligibility/liliCompleting and reviewing necessary forms, applications, and documentation/liliMaintaining accurate digital records and ensuring quality control for all completed files/liliParticipating in ongoing training and mentorship sessions for professional growth/liliCollaborating with team members and leaders to ensure timely, consistent service delivery/li/ulpYoull work remotely using modern tools and systems, with full support from a dedicated leadership team that values personal growth and long-term career success./ph3Who Were Looking For/h3pThis role is best suited for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and who take pride in delivering a professional, respectful experience./ppWere seeking candidates who are:/pulliStrong communicators with excellent listening and interpersonal skills/liliProfessional, patient, and detail-oriented/liliOrganized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities/liliPositive and motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow/liliComfortable using basic computer programs and video meeting platforms/liliCollaborative team members who thrive in a supportive environment/liliLegally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada/li/ulpExperience working directly with people is an asset, but full training is provided
