close all service tickets considered as waiters./liliAssist with closing other repair orders as needed./liliAnswer incoming service phone calls./liliMaintain product knowledge as the liaison between the service department and the customer./li/ulpMarginal tasks:/pulliMust be willing to do other miscellaneous tasks as required by and related to the business./li/ulpSpecial requirements:/pulliMust have good communication skills and the ability to interact well with customers, vendors and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner./liliThis is a safety-sensitive position for which impairment while on the job would present a substantial risk.
