Summary:
Flowers Experiential (FlowersXP) is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead high-profile, live experiential activations on behalf of the Illinois Lottery. This is a senior, hands-on production leadership role for an experienced experiential producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in flawless execution.
You will own the end-to-end production lifecycle—from planning and logistics through onsite leadership and post-event reporting—serving as the primary production authority onsite. This role requires sound judgment, calm leadership under pressure, and the ability to manage teams, vendors, and live environments with confidence.

What You’ll Do:
Production Leadership & Client Partnership
- Serve as the lead producer for Illinois Lottery experiential activations
- Represent FlowersXP in internal and client meetings, providing clear status updates and recommendations
- Act as a trusted onsite partner to the client during live execution
- Make real-time production decisions to ensure quality, safety, and brand excellence
Event Planning & Logistics Management
- Lead end-to-end event planning, including: Timelines, run of show, production schedules, and staffing plans
- Manage all logistics: Permits, COIs, deliveries, transportation, storage, staging, and equipment
- Oversee vendor sourcing, coordination, and performance
- Coordinate staffing including brand ambassadors, security, and production labor
- Partner with internal production teams on pre-production, load-in, and load-out
On-Site Event Execution
- Serve as the onsite decision-maker from arrival through breakdown
- Lead walkthroughs, pre-shift briefs, and onsite team huddles
- Ensure all assets, signage, technology, and interactive elements are installed and functioning
- Manage brand ambassador performance, consumer flow, and energy
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and adjust staffing, footprint, or flow as needed
- Ensure safety protocols, crowd management, and venue compliance
Asset & Inventory Management
- Ensure all assets are returned, logged, inspected, and stored after events
- Flag damage, replacements, or maintenance needs
- Partner with warehouse and production teams to maintain accurate inventory
Post-Event Duties
- Lead event breakdown and asset return
- Deliver detailed event recaps, insights, KPIs, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, and execution quality
Additional Activation Leadership
- Support additional Allwyn PR and Retail exhibits activations as needed
Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise
- 8+ years of experiential, live event, or agency production experience
- Proven success leading complex, public-facing activations (festivals, tours, pop-ups, conferences)
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and operational oversight experience
- Comfort balancing multiple events and priorities simultaneously
- Confident, polished communicator with clients and internal teams

- Familiarity with AV, lighting, staging, and production elements is a plus

- Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as event schedules require
