Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Specialist to join our team and manage our organization's communications strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of public relations best practices to enhance our brand image, engage with our audience, and build strong relationships with various stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling press releases, organizing media events, and effectively communicating our goals and values to the public. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perceptions and media sentiment.
• Organize press conferences, media events, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations or communications role, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and analytics tools.
