Account Executive

Position summary: The account executive is a key member of the MedInsight team, responsible for driving client retention and revenue growth within our existing customer base. This role focuses on building strong, strategic relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, secure renewals, and expand the adoption of MedInsight solutions. Account executives are trusted advisors who understand client needs, identify opportunities for additional value, and deliver solutions that help clients achieve their goals. This is a client-facing role with a compensation structure that includes base salary and variable, performance-based incentives aligned to client retention. Milliman is an equal opportunity employer.
