Share Dewey Smart's offerings with parents, students, and families in initial consultations with leads Nurture leads with active email, text, and phone follow-ups Management of our CRM tool to automate follow-ups Onboard new students by matching them with a tutor Deepen our relationship with Dewey Smart families by regular check-ins and follow-ups, ensuring that our students always feel supported Identify, nurture, and close deals with institutional clients, like charter schools, K-12 institutions, and employer benefit programs Qualifications

Experience in CRM tools or similar technologies Experience in sales, especially within K-12 education and preferably with experience selling to institutional clients, with proven metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills What's not needed A college degree -- our counselors and tutors are all current college students, so we welcome students Additional Information
