As a Front Desk Associate, you will: Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments Assists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales Prepares and tracks donations to non-profit organizations Schedules, promotes and participates in special events, and keeps all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby. We are looking for a Front Desk Associate who has: A happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience, can handle pressure of customer escalations Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite Dependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends Preferred qualifications: swim lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression; CPR & First Aid Certified
