Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Rep at Unifiller, you will support our International Business and Customer Accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and increasing sales productivity. Your role is vital in maintaining customer relationships, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process to drive growth across food processing, bakery, and industry markets globally. Fluency in Spanish is a preferred qualification to effectively communicate with our international customer base. What You'll Do: Support the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Territory Manager (TM) with prospecting, lead generation, and sales-related activities focused on international markets. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and current data. Prioritize, organize, and respond to activities related to developing sales opportunities with international customers. Qualify opportunities through cold calling, territory penetration, data mining, and booking meetings. Collect all necessary customer information to complete spec sheets and generate accurate quotes. Provide technical product recommendations based on customer needs and industry standards. Assist with entering service tickets on behalf of BDM/TM to support customer service and follow-up. Demonstrate and explain product functionalities to potential buyers, supporting product education. Support customers by troubleshooting basic operational issues before escalating to technical support. Stay informed on food processing machinery, automation, and industry trends to provide relevant solutions. Follow established sales processes, protocols, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales and BDM to support organizational goals. Team: You will join Unifiller's Sales team, working closely with Business Development, Territory Managers, Technical Support, and Sales Coordination. Your contributions will help expand our international customer base, improve sales efficiency, and support our growth in global markets. Basic Qualifications: Experience working in a sales team environment, supporting sales or marketing activities. 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or direct sales support. A diploma in Business with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. Strong customer service orientation and experience in telemarketing or inside sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Aptitude for understanding and supporting technical equipment and machinery. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and willingness to learn additional software. Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish to support our international customer base. Industry knowledge in food processing, bakery, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus. Additional language skills are an asset.
