Sales Representative

Build rapport with the property manager Walk through a unit to assess opportunities Educate on our services and book repairs Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks Requirements: Strong rapport skills and persistence Strong written and verbal communication skills Sales experience is preferred Reliable transportation Smart Phone What We're Looking For: Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds No prior sales experience required, we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus Professional, caring, and service-minded Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable transportation Territory Coverage Based out of West Orlando (Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Celebration) Strong communication skills

Almost Everything! We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile. Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
