Service Sales & Project Coordinator
Our client, a trusted HVAC provider in Sewickley, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Sales & Project Coordinator to support HVAC installation projects in new residential construction. This role blends customer communication, scheduling, and project tracking with light sales and service support. It's ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with both customers and technicians. Key Responsibilities
Schedule service appointments and coordinate internal and external calendars Communicate with customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve issues Track HVAC installation projects from start to finish (typically 80100 days per project) Log project details, photos, and communications in the system Submit and manage warranty claims Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Occasionally visit job sites to support project coordination Provide customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction Support upselling of services when appropriate (no cold calling) Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 13 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, or project coordination (recent grads welcome) Comfortable on the phone and with outreach Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software is a plus Highly organized with strong time management skills Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to go onsite when needed Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $30.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
