divh2Inside Sales Specialist/h2pThe Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, courteous sales support via phone, email, text, or chat with Retail leads. They will communicate with customers to confirm their contact information, timeline to purchase, budgeting goals, land needs, as well as home interests. The Inside Sales Specialist will help customers begin the buying process and schedule an appointment to visit a Home Center before handing them off to a Clayton Retail Home Center. The Inside Sales Specialist must excel at building rapport over the phone, generating excitement and urgency with leads and can convert leads to Home Center visits. Lastly, they will work with Clayton Development Group to help prospective buyers work with local real estate agents in the purchase of Clayton Real Estate homes./ppResponsibilities:/pulliContact leads via phone, email, SMS, web chat, and social media./liliEducate potential buyers on the purchase process and confirm their timeline./liliVerify pre-approval status and encourage budgeting through MyHome accounts./liliAssist leads with online applications and directs them to complete an eApp./liliSchedule home viewings and connect customers with Clayton Retail Home Centers./liliFollow up on applications, ensure receipt by Home Centers, and confirm completion./liliProvide ongoing support, answer questions, and maintain engagement with leads./liliUse sales tools and incentives to encourage return visits./liliKeep potential buyers informed about special offers and upcoming events./liliMaintain accurate documentation in Salesforce (Vantage) for proper follow-up./liliCollaborate with Clayton Development Group to determine final purchase price./liliGuide home buyers through the sales process and facilitate closing with realtors./liliCommunicate with retailers and realtors as needed for a smooth transaction./liliAttend Retail meetings to stay updated on promotions and marketing materials./liliOther responsibilities as assigned./li/ulpCompensation: As an Inside Sales Specialist with Clayton Homes, you will receive an hourly wage of $25.40 plus bonus./ppQualifications:/pulliStrong telephone, written, and interpersonal communication skills./liliAbility to meet targeted goals./liliExperience with Vantage./liliAvailability for evening shifts until 8:00 PM and some Saturdays./liliKnowledge of state laws and regulations related to home sales./lili2+ years of experience in Sales and/or Mortgage Lending./liliStrong problem-solving skills./liliWell-organized and detail-oriented./liliProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel./liliAbility to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail./liliSense of urgency in managing multiple cases and projects./liliStrong ability to communicate findings efficiently./liliTeam-oriented mindset./liliMust pass a criminal background check and post-offer drug screening./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)./li/ulpWhy Clayton?/ppFull-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
