5:00 PM. What You'll Do: Deliver top-notch customer service via phone for digital banking products. Assist with enrollment, troubleshooting, billing research, and more. Provide clear, confident guidance to customers navigating online tools. What We're Looking For: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. 12 years in help desk, customer service, or tech support. Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset. Ability to type 25 WPM and multitask like a pro.
