Ascendance Truck Centers is looking for a full-time, outside parts sales professional. As an outside parts sales professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and new customers. Responsibilities
Attain the sales and gross profit objectives set by the parts manager. Regular calls to established accounts. Establish new accounts and qualify them. Sell all products available to the current application. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers. Maintain familiarity with all vendor products, merchandising programs, dealership parts ordering, inventory systems, and the dealership's credit policies. Keep in daily contact with major accounts. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Call on prospects/leads within the territory. Assist customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion required parts, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Promote our brand and visibility. Keep current on new products and product updates. Perform other duties as assigned by the parts manager. Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a strong technical aptitude. Diesel and transportation industry preferred. Experience with outside sales and customer service with a proven track record of success. Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug test. Driver's license required; and acceptable driving record. Customer-focused
ability to solve customer issues proactively with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work well with others. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills. What We Offer
