Garden mulches and landscape features, and Techniseal sands and sealant technologies./ppOldcastle is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative responsible for managing and developing sales related strategies and functions of the Belgard product line and its related accessories to our Belgard commercial customer base. This will include managing key account relationships, generating leads, identifying potential new business and developing sales strategies all to increase profitability and market share. As a Belgard Commercial Sales Representative, you will increase company revenue by growing and maximizing sales of products to Belgard Commercial contractors throughout your assigned region./ppThis is a remote role based in Atlanta, GA./ppJob Responsibilities/pulliResponsible for developing and growing the commercial ICP, PICP and SRW market./liliDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships with installation contractors who specialize in commercial hardscapes installations including retaining wall/liliBe a trusted advisor and resource/liliResponsible for identifying and prospecting for new commercial accounts to grow sales and market share/liliAnalyze market trends and develop action plan with your manager to capitalize on shifts in the market/liliTrain Contractors on Belgard product knowledge and proper product installation procedures/liliWork closely with Customer Service Representatives and Operations to manage customer orders to ensure customer product requirements and qualities are met/liliInvolved in development and introduction of new products/liliAssist and support the existing Oldcastle business while actively calling on Landscape Architects, Engineers, government agencies, municipalities, general contractors, site developers and installation contractors that will help grow market share/liliSet up and conduct Lunch and Learn presentations in pursuit of specifications/liliSchedule frequent presentations at which CEU credits will be earned/liliAssist in the coordination of appropriate trade shows such as ASLA, FSA, ASCE/liliEnsure that AE firms libraries are current with Oldcastle literature and samples/liliInteract as necessary with Oldcastle APG National Commercial support team/liliUtilize the CRM to manage and build a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities and specifications/liliStay up to date on the latest storm water treatment regulations
