Leasing Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Mid City LA
Schedule: fully onsite | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only (11am - 6pm)
Duration: 3+ months (leave coverage)
Salary: $25/hr
Job Description:
-Assist Property Managers with administrative office duties, cover while they are out of office, assist with Leasing questions and filings, assist tenant requests.
-Tour apartment openings and line up tenant move-ins (eligible for $50 in commission per new move-in unit booked)
-Must have background working in property management or leasing. Customer Service attitude
Experience:
-Well versed with leasing documents and rental agreements
-Yardi experience preferred but not required
-Light bookkeeping experience is a plus
