We provide the tools, leads, and support to empower our sales team to thrive in a structured, high-impact environment. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our in-office team. This phone-heavy position focuses on outbound partner outreach, relationship building, and post-sale support. You will engage with leads provided by the company, guiding potential partners through the onboarding process, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to active partner. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and long-term client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective partners using company-provided leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through consistent communication and follow-up. Guide new partners through onboarding and post-sale support, ensuring a smooth experience. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track all sales activity. Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets. Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to support company growth initiatives. Qualifications:
2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, legal, financial services, Medicaid, or eldercare. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with multiple prospects daily. Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude. Compensation:
$70,000 base salary plus uncapped commission structure. Opportunity to earn $100K+ in total compensation with strong performance. In-office position with structured hours and support from a dedicated team.
