Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving membership sales, cleaning, and ensuring smooth studio operations. This individual is a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented multi-tasker./ppQualifications:/ppStrong management and leadership abilities/ppPrevious sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services/ppWillingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy/ppMotivation to sell and learn sales techniques/ppExcellent customer service/ppUnderstanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate./ppPrevious experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus./ppA keen eye for cleanliness and organization/ppExperience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques./ppJob Requirements:/ppSell memberships and retail/ppMake multiple friendly phone calls per shift/ppMeet and exceed sales and retention expectations/ppIncrease client participation energetically/ppSet up and reset studio equipment before, during and after classes./ppMaintain clean facility/ppManage client accounts/ppExperience with social media and willingness to use it./ppCompensation: $19.00 per hour/ppSPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best. Workout. Ever. to every neighborhood. SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
