We're hiring: Sales Consultant (Closer). Work from home | Full-time | Salary + commission will depend on applicants' skill set and experience. We're seeking a driven and persuasive Closer who knows how to turn warm leads into committed customers. If you've got a natural flair for selling and building trust through remote communication, this role is calling your name. What You'll Do: Speak to warm, pre-qualified leads handed off by our Warm Callers. Identify needs, handle objections, and build strong rapport. Confidently present our offer or services. Guide clients to a confident "yes" and close the deal. Update CRM with outcomes and feedback. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in phone-based sales or customer service, ideally in high-ticket or closing roles. Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven without being pushy. Consistent track record of meeting KPIs or conversion goals. Able to work independently, manage pipelines, and follow up professionally. Organized, reliable, and comfortable working from home. Clear, friendly Aussie or neutral English accent.
