The ideal candidate should have the ability to travel within the area and be eligible for a salary plus monthly bonus and auto allowance./ppIncrease profitable sales of specialty gas products to a specific account base within a geographic territory, through own efforts and in coordination with other sales representatives and account manager. Act as a resource in specialty gas product sales for others within the region./pulliActs as a resource for other sales representatives in developing and maintaining spec gas product sales within their customer base by assisting them with customer sales calls and providing product and industry training, making appropriate recommendations and presentations./liliDrive profitable growth within assigned territory by partnering with internal team members, understanding customers business and needs and finding strategic sales strategies to retain and increase market share./liliRepresents company product line to prospects and existing local and national customers. Explains products to customers matching customers needs with the appropriate products. Quotes prices and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained./liliDemonstrates products and services and explains features of each product and service. Emphasizes benefits of Airgas products and services to potential customers./liliAlways looking for ways to learn and grow skills. Keeps current with industry technical knowledge./liliProvides training at branch level to enhance sales and growth./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree from a four-year college or university and at least five years related experience and/or training or the equivalent./liliPrefer extensive training in industry in gas technology and gas applications./liliComputer proficient./liliKnows and effectively utilizes CRM software, preferably Salesforce./li/ulpBenefits:/ppWe care about and support all Airgas associates.
