Greet every guest with warmth and energy
create a "Wow!" experience. Assist guests with orders and ensure 100% accuracy every time. Resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Maintain clean and welcoming guest areas, including dining room and restrooms. Promote surveys and encourage feedback to help us grow. Identify regular guests and personalize their experience. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For
Customer-first mindset
you genuinely care about people. Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or full-service dining. Strong communication skills
friendly, clear, and professional. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positive attitude and team spirit
