Pre-Hospital Account Manager

You'll collaborate closely with strategic partners, Alliance teams, and key accounts to ensure seamless coordination and resource alignment that maximizes customer impact. This role is instrumental in reestablishing Laerdal's presence in the EMS market, requiring a strong focus on building long-term, meaningful relationships with designated customers. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify needs, deliver tailored solutions, and consistently meet financial objectives, including achieving new order value targets. Responsibilities
Mission & Program Advocacy Sales Performance & Territory Management Customer Engagement & Collaboration CRM & Forecasting Excellence Professional Development & Operational Discipline Product & Market Expertise Requirements: Ideal candidate must reside within South Central (TX, KS, OK) and North East (NY, NJ, PA) sales region Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business preferred 3+ years of sales experience in medical disposables or capital equipment; or Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of CRM systems and webinar software preferred. Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance. Strong communication skills for in-person, phone, and virtual interactions. Valid driver's license required. Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000, additional $65,000 variable at 100% to plan. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
