We strive to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers businesses./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3p Identifies and pursues new leads, prospects, or clients through various means such as cold calling and referrals to achieve specified production goalsbr

Conducts phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services, make proposal presentations, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needsbr

Communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies/procedures to new and existing clientsbr

Negotiates terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure dealsbr

Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of company product informationbr

Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunitiesbr

Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on timebr

Strives to provide exceptional customer experiencebr

Meets monthly quota goals on a consistent basisbr

Develops new business and maintains existing business relationshipsbr

Prepares and presents point of view around a customized client solution to a diverse customer base in a competitive landscapebr

Prepares quotes and negotiates terms when appropriatebr

Maintains understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to customers/ph3Requirements/h3p High School Diploma or GEDbr

Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production/ph3Preferences/h3p Bachelors degree in a related fieldbr

One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experiencebr

Demonstrated results meeting production sales goalsbr

Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools/ph3Skills and Competencies/h3p Ability to manage multiple and consistently evolving prioritiesbr

Ability to learn additional systems as neededbr

Ability to research, analyze data, and derive factsbr

Developing negotiation and consultative sales skillsbr

Developing relationship-building skillsbr

Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiencesbr

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)br

Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsbr

Strong work ethic and self-motivation/ph3Compensation/h3pCompensation for this role includes base compensation and variable compensation. Associates in this role have total compensation earning potential of $40,000 - $150,000.
