Job Overview
Fully responsible for developing direct served customers in Waterproofing & Coating segment with territory responsibility, support regional distributor for the mid and small size customers, establish strong commercial relationship with key customers, achieve the sales target given by company. Responsibilities
- RDP (not limited) sales in Waterproofing & Coating segment for key account and selected direct-serve customers. - Support regional distributor to reach the sales target given by company. - Customer relationship management - Achieve the annual target of sales, growth, market share, profit. - Maintain relationship with relevant people in the key account. E.g. Technical/purchasing person. - Customer calls/visit on a daily basis. - Market information collecting, competitor analyzing. - Promotion plan and action. - Weekly & monthly report Qualifications
Minimum 5-year experience in RDP or Waterproofing & Coating producing companies. Good English speaking and writing skill. Strong WP & Coating Technical background. Relevant Univ. degree in Chemical, Polymer, Material Engineering, etc. Willing to travel frequently (driving license is prefer). Self-motivated, working independently, full of passion. Hard working and high communication capability.
