As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls and other proactive sales efforts. You will leverage your sales expertise to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities include: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the company's AI platform and its benefits. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships to convert them into paying customers. Utilize provided scripts and adapt sales pitches based on customer needs and responses. Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring a quick and professional approach to customer interactions. Accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the company's CRM system. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
