Your deep understanding of business, financials, and market needs will empower you to negotiate product/service terms with broad authority, driving significant contributions to our business growth./ph3Key Tasks/h3ulliManage relationships with key and high-value accounts./liliNegotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions./liliLead the development and implementation of sales strategies for large accounts./liliAchieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning./liliUnderstand and address the unique challenges and needs of major accounts./liliMay lead a small team or project within the sales department./liliTrack and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement./liliDevelop tailored solutions to meet customer needs./liliProvide comprehensive and insightful sales reports to senior management./liliIdentify and leverage market opportunities for business growth./li/ulh3Youre a Great Fit if You Have/Can:/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience./lili7+ years experience in field sales or account management or other equivalent experience./liliExperience in the healthcare technology space either in payer, provider, or vendor./liliExperience working with risk adjustment software./liliStrategic sales planning: expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies./liliComplex negotiation: proficient in handling complex and high-stakes negotiations./liliAccount management: skilled in managing and growing high-value customer relationships./liliSales analytics: advanced analytical skills to interpret and leverage sales data./liliLeadership: ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members./liliMarket expertise: in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities./liliCustomer solutions: capability to develop and implement customized solutions for clients./liliSales reporting tools: proficiency in advanced sales reporting and analytics tools./li/ulpWe are an incredibly supportive team that truly enjoys what we do and who we do it with.
