Sales Team (Part-Time Roles)

D1 Training Spartanburg is hiring two part-time recruiters to join our front-line sales team as we launch the most exciting training facility in the Upstate. This is more than a desk job
it's a boots-on-the-ground, rep-driven role where you'll play a direct part in growing the D1 Spartanburg athlete community. We're hiring for two distinct shifts: Morning Shift (4:30 AM
10:00 AM):
You're a people person, organized, and can bring calm energy to kick off the day. Set up morning adult group training classes Support front desk operations & facility excellence Make 50+ calls between 8:0010:00 AM to schedule consults Strong admin + member experience mindset Sales experience helpful but not required
we'll coach the right person Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM
8:00 PM):
You're a closer. A hunter. Someone who thrives on hearing "no" and turning it into "yes." Make 75+ outbound calls/texts daily Book and run consultations Sell high-ticket services (1-on-1, team deals, memberships) Create energy at the front desk and during events Previous fitness sales or commission experience preferred What you'll do (all roles): Drive outbound call/text/email activity to nurture leads Book free trials, consultations, and convert memberships Deliver exceptional in-person member experiences Represent D1 Spartanburg at events and outreach opportunities Help build a real athlete-based culture in the Spartanburg community Compensation & perks: Hourly pay + aggressive commission on sales (especially team and 1-on-1 training deals) Free D1 membership Continuing education through D1-sanctioned coaching & sales events Paid time off available Who you are: You have an athlete's mindset
