The Sales Representative is a proactive, client-focused professional responsible for generating revenue through direct sales efforts. This role emphasizes relationship building, client acquisition, and conversion of key accounts to position Kimpton Mas Olas as a premier luxury destination in Baja California Sur. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Representative will actively engage with clients across leisure, corporate, group, and wedding segments, ensuring consistent business development and revenue growth. Core Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Client Engagement Prospect, solicit, and close business within assigned market segments. Conduct site visits, sales calls, and attend trade shows and industry events to build relationships. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue performance. Revenue Contribution Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall property revenue goals. Collaborate with the General Manager and Revenue Management team on pricing strategies and performance tracking. Market Development Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships. Represent the property as a brand ambassador in key feeder markets. Collaboration & Reporting Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline to the General Manager. Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns as needed.
