The Unified Communications Account Manager must demonstrate strong sales skills and technical experience. The Unified Communications Account Manager will require good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. It is important that candidates keep abreast of industry trends and developments, as well as applicable Government regulations./ppTypical duties include:/pulliPresent, promote, and sell MCS Unified Communications systems and services to prospective customers, including but not limited to Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Unify, and Genesys premise and cloud solutions./liliManaging relationships within the state of Florida with MCSs OEM partners./liliEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships through regular customer contact to ensure future sales./liliDevelop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of the companys UC capabilities./liliExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction./liliAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule./liliBe responsible for identifying customer needs and developing strategies to meet the company sales objectives./liliUtilize MCS marketing strategies to follow up on leads, find and establish contact with prospects, and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls./liliDevelop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform the necessary follow-up for a successful close./liliCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, including estimating, project management, and installation teams./liliConduct seminars and demonstrations to identify and generate leads for prospective customers./liliParticipate in trade shows, special product demonstrations, and other events with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the companys image./li/ulpRequired: Educational Requirements: Bachelors Preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant experience.
