Were just getting startedjoin us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere./ppPlease note: This position requires working out of our NYC office 3x a week at 60 Madison Ave./ppThe Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with our Marketing and Account Executives. This position will be a major change agent at Spring Health, having impact and influence with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The ideal candidate enjoys testing and learning to ultimately become an effective seller and leader. In addition, we are seeking creative and passionate individuals eager to develop their skill sets to be successful long term in their careers who believe in honesty and transparency./ppWhat youll be doing:/pulliHelp develop outreach strategy, content, in-bound lead process, and development programs for the BDR team/liliProspect into Fortune 1000 companies and other employers through a combination of email, phone call, and other sales channels/liliGenerate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executive using Spring Healths qualification criteria/liliProvide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to the assigned Account Executive/liliDevelop all of the critical skills to accelerate a successful career in Sales/li/ulpWhat success looks like in this role:/pulliYou achieve your targets for qualified meetings and opportunities pipeline as set out for each quarter./liliYou successfully complete all assigned trainings and continuously improve your sales skills./liliYou collaborate effectively with your team, leaders, and cross-functional peers to drive success./liliYou demonstrate persistence and creativity in reaching decision-makers and generating interest in Spring Health./liliYou proactively seek feedback and opportunities for improvement to refine your outreach strategies and tactics./li/ulpWhat we expect from you:/pulliYou have 3-12 months of professional or internship experience/liliYou have a desire to be a creative prospector, working with traditional tools (email, cold calling) and experimenting with new technologies/liliYou are highly coachable and invested in your professional growth, development, and career path/liliYou are data-driven in measuring and improving the impact of your outreach efforts/liliYou are organized, attentive to detail, and believe that great process leads to great results/liliYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliYou are able to work out of our NYC office 3x a week/li/ulpThe target salary for this position is $66,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, variable commission ($92,500 at performance to goal), and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
