Youre responsible for driving business, Nutrafol brand loyalty, and Nutrafol brand recognition in a defined geographic territory through new salon business development and existing salon business growth strategies./ppWhile Nutrafol is a distributed, remote-first company, the successful candidate for this role must reside in the Chicago market and be located near a major airport, as this role requires frequent travel across the territory - IL/IN/MI/WI/MO/KS/IA/NB./ppThis role works in conjunction with the Salon Director and inside sales team to grow territory and salon sales through product education, sell-in and sell thru strategies, business consultation, merchandising, promotions and strong relationship management./ppYoull report into the Salon Director for your specific geographic territory and have predetermined targets for both new business development and growth of existing accounts./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliCreate a powerful, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists and employees/liliRotation management inclusive of both existing and new business development/liliMaintain strong funnel of potential new business/liliWork closely with Salon Director to determine and support sell-in and sell-through strategies at a salon-by-salon level/liliDeliver highest quality in-salon presentations and product classes/liliLaunch new salons and retail accounts/liliMeet new business goals/liliSell in new products to existing salons/liliAchieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with the salon owners, managers, and stylists/liliSupport retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activity./liliManage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts./liliExecute strategic education plans for each salon in territory of focus accounts./liliPromote, plan, coordinate and assist in execution of regional and national company-sponsored, business development and educational events/liliAttend all company provided meetings and trainings/liliOvernight travel up to 70% - up to 4 days x week/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliBachelors degree or minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience./liliCandidates with Salon Professional outside sales and Salon industry experience required/liliStrong communication and presentation skills/liliHigh sales drive/liliAbility to prospect and close new business/liliStrong negotiation skills/liliStrategic and analytical thinking/liliService oriented/liliAdaptable to working with and educating various personality types/liliCompetitive and collaborative/liliComputer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and general ability to learn new programs such as Slack and Salesforce/lili75% travel required and/or 4 days per week in the field (will vary slightly based on territory size / structure)/li/ulpSalary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD/ph4Perks
