Join strongLuxury Residential Resorts (LRR)/strong as a strongContract Sales Account Representative/strong, where youll play a key role in expanding our portfolio by securing property management contracts across the U.S. Youll be the face of LRR for property owners, guiding them through our services and maintaining strong relationships post-contract./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliProactively generate and manage sales leads, including warm calling and outreach./liliPresent and promote LRRs property management services to prospective property owners./liliAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contract goals./liliServe as the primary point of contact for property owners after contract execution./liliCollaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, accounting, etc.) to ensure owner satisfaction./liliRespond to inquiries related to maintenance, guest stays, and marketing efforts./liliReview and manage monthly financial statements for assigned properties./li/ulpstrongQualifications
