Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Business Development Representative in San Antonio, TX. This is a remote position./ppThe regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!/ppPrimary responsibilities and essential functions of the position:/pulliOwn all aspects of prospecting and lead generation within the assigned territory./liliBuild and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into new accounts./liliDeliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase NDXs value proposition./liliClose new business deals to meet or exceed revenue targets./li/ulpCustomer engagement:/pulliSpend the majority of time in the field, visiting prospects and customers daily./liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, office staff, and other decision-makers./liliConduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs and align NDXs services as the ideal solution./li/ulpCollaboration

onboarding:/pulliWork closely with NDX labs to ensure a first-rate onboarding experience for new customers./liliCoordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth account setup, communication, and service delivery./liliServe as a bridge between new customers and labs to ensure a successful transition and long-term partnership./li/ulpTerritory management:/pulliDevelop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize new business growth./liliTrack and report sales activities, pipeline metrics, and performance against goals./liliStay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities./li/ulpSkills and abilities required:/pulliRelentless drive, grit, and determination to win new customers and grow revenue./liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly./liliPast experience tracking customer opportunities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com/liliStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills./liliHighly motivated, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment./liliCollaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences./li/ulpMinimum education and experience that may be required:/pulliRequired: High School Diploma or GED equivalent/liliPreferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience/liliDemonstrated ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize activities, and drive results./li/ulpHazardous materials or equipment used:/pulliOffice equipment/liliSmall machinery; sharp hand-held tools such as a bard parker, buffalo knife, etc./liliBlood borne pathogens/liliChemicals/li/ulpPhysical requirements:/pulliRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach./liliExhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions./liliRead and interpret prescriptions and other required documentation./liliAbility to effectively communicate technical information./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
