Inside Sales Associate to join our talented Manufacturing Inside Sales Department to assist our Inside Sales Team in providing value-added services to our customers. General Description of Duties
Selling and marketing of the below products: Commercial & Residential wood flush doors MDF router carved and stile & rail doors Receive high volume of incoming E-mails and telephone calls Maximize margin on sales Provide price quotes and quote follow-up Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges Process and maintain customer orders Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders Experience Preferred
Commercial and Residential door frame & hardware product knowledge Sales and customer service experience Intermediate computer skills Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Other Important Qualifications
Excellent work habits Positive outgoing attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, goal oriented Dedicated to the ongoing growth and development of the sales staff Committed to building and maintaining a positive, team atmosphere in the department What We Offer
