Work with passionate, mission-driven colleagues Additional benefits for full-time employees: Company-Paid Life Insurance Emergency Medical Leave Program Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare & Dependent Care) Health & Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discount Program Key responsibilities: Leasing & Marketing: Promote available units, manage leasing activities, and build positive relationships with residents Application Processing: Review applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication Resident Support: Respond to inquiries, coordinate services, and assist with housing stability Maintenance Coordination: Track and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution Rent Oversight: Monitor rent collection and maintain proactive communication with residents Retention & Compliance: Support retention efforts and ensure annual housing inspections are completed Education & experience requirements: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in leasing, housing, or a related field preferred Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is preferred Licensing requirements: Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Current auto insurance Additional qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse populations High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ready to make a difference?
